1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service constitute a public offer and define the conditions for using the materials and services available at neuromedia.cloud.

1.2. The Service is a software and hardware complex available on the Website.

1.3. The website administrator is the Neuromedia team.

1.4. A User is any individual and/or legal entity accepting these Terms.

1.5. These Terms are a public offer under Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.6. Acceptance of these Terms creates a valid electronic agreement.

1.7. To access materials, the User must register with email and password.

1.8. By registering, the User fully accepts these Terms.

1.9. The User must provide accurate and up-to-date registration data.

1.10. Registration is considered complete after required data is provided.

1.11. The User is responsible for account security and must immediately notify the Administrator of unauthorized access.

1.12. If the User disagrees with these Terms, they must stop using the Website.

2. User Obligations

2.1. The Administration does not grant exclusive rights to user-created materials; usage of such materials is at the User's own risk.

3. Administrator Liability

3.1. The Administrator is not liable for third-party resources linked on the Website.

3.2. The Administrator is not liable for losses related to content, services, or external resources.

3.3. The User agrees that the Administrator has no obligations regarding advertising placed on the Website.

4. Subscription and Refund Terms

4.1. Access to extended functionality is provided under a paid subscription for 30 calendar days.

4.2. Payment grants a simple non-exclusive license to use the Service during the paid period.

4.3. Administrator obligations are fulfilled upon subscription activation.

4.4. No refunds are provided for a paid subscription period.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. Disputes are resolved under the laws of the Russian Federation.

5.2. A pre-trial claim procedure is mandatory: claims are sent by email, response period is 10 business days.
