Payment and Refund Policy
1. Payment Methods
Subscription payments for neuromedia.cloud are processed online using bank cards and other available e-payment methods via YooKassa.
Accepted cards include MIR, Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay. Fast Payment System (SBP) and other YooKassa-supported methods may also be available.
2. Payment Procedure
2.1. After selecting a plan, the User is redirected to a secure YooKassa payment page.
2.2. The User enters card details (number, expiration date, holder name where applicable, and CVV/CVC).
2.3. If 3D-Secure is enabled, the User is redirected to the issuing bank for verification.
2.4. After successful payment, the User returns to the Website automatically, paid access is activated immediately, and the receipt is sent by email.
3. Online Payment Security
Payment data is transmitted via secure channels. YooKassa complies with PCI DSS standards. SSL/TLS encryption and protected banking networks are used. The Website administrator does not collect or store card data.
4. Refund Rules
4.1. Subscription payment is remuneration for granting a 30-day simple non-exclusive license to use the software complex.
4.2. Administrator obligations are considered fulfilled when the subscription is activated.
4.3. Since access to digital functionality is granted immediately after payment, refunds for the paid subscription period are not provided.
4.4. The User may disable auto-renewal in account settings. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
